Sanction Plans

: We offer required sanction drawings for the relevant authorities as per their rules and regulations.

Complete Architectural Working Drawings

Provide conceptual drawings for client’s approval

Provide presentation drawings and 3D perspective

Provide working drawings (wall layout details, door-window design and details, flooring details, kitchen details, elevation and sectional details, grill details, staircase details, compound wall, gate details etc)

Ensure compliance to Vaasthu if required by the client

Estimation and Specifications: Prepare estimation/BOQ for banks and other financial institutions. This also gives the client an idea of the total cost of the project.
